Here is how we deliver you the best:

Preparation

• We will identify how much time we are allocating to our preparation in our work proposals.
• We will focus our efforts on high profile areas and request your feedback as we proceed.
• In many instances, the most effective solution to poorly painted trim is complete paint removal. This is done with non-toxic materials.
• Where mechanical or hand sanding is sufficient, we will ensure the containment of dust and debris to the work areas using dust barriers and Zipwalls.
• We clean up with HEPA filtration equipped vacuums so the finest of particles is contained.

Finishing

• Ensuring a dust-free finish involves both maintaining a clean work environment and using tacking rags to remove surface contaminants just prior to applying the finish paint.
• Hand sanding between coats and careful selection of premium paints and applicators (brushes, roller covers) deliver a fine finish that we are proud to back with a 3 year warranty.
• In addition we can, upon request, use LEED Certified paints for minimal emission of harmful fumes.
